Imagine finding any goblin in your deck, any situational piece you might need to deal with a threat, and you see why this card is in the list

I might only have a few of them on the battlefield, a mix of card draw engines, sacrifice outlets or my commander, usually none of those want to be on the receiving end of a mandatory block

I have not seen the untap do much yet but it will some day and only helps to improve the card
